Welcome!!

I’m Sabrina, and welcome to my site!  Here you will learn my style of resourceful cooking with juggling work-life balance.  My journey of cooking started when I was 10 years old, trying to find creative ways to feed my two younger brothers, while our parents worked long hours. My brothers were always hungry so I learned how to quickly think on my feet and be resourceful at the same time.  I am a self taught cook, a mother of three beautiful teenagers, a wife, and a full time employee in the corporate world. I was raised and born in the Bay Area of California with an American/Hispanic background. In which you will see glimpses of my heritage weaved through my style of cooking throughout recipes and family tips.  Juggling work-life balance with feeding my family wholesome meals comes with utilizing what’s in my kitchen and keeping their bellies full with what they need to operate properly throughout the day.

How to use the site:

The site is designed to share my knowledge of food, my style of cooking, and tips of what I learned through my experiences.  Since my cooking style has been groomed to cook for medium to large families, most recipes are on the higher volume side. Feel free to customize any recipe to your families settings and preferences. I also try to utilize as much wholesome ingredients (when time permits), but sometimes can foods or pre-cooked items from my local grocery store helps with getting food on the table quickly.

Would love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, feedback, or any new ideas in the comments section!
